PM Modi Releases PM Kisan 13th Installment fund in Belagavi on 27 February
Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 13th tranche of PM Kisan Yojana at a conference held in Malini City, Kundanagari.
PM Narendra Modi today deposited 16,800 crore rupees in the bank accounts of 8 crore farmers including 49 lakh in Karnataka. Along with this, more than 8 crore farmers will be credited with Rs 2 thousand each.
Narendra Modi said that money is transferred to the accounts of all the beneficiary farmers in the country through one click. The money has reached the farmers directly without the need for middlemen. When the Congress government was in power, if crores of money was released, it would not have reached the hands of anyone. He said that the Congress had neglected the farmers for decades.
Prime Minister Modi inaugurated the redeveloped Belagavi railway station, Lonta, Belagavi, Ghataprabha route doubling projects. He also laid foundations for several village projects under Jal Jeevan Mission in Belgaum district.
In view of the future of India, we have given more emphasis to the agriculture sector. More than 1 lakh crore has been earmarked for this sector in the budget. The prime ministers said that they have announced many schemes including PM Paraman for farmers.
Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, Prahlad Joshi, Minister Govinda Karajola participated in this program along with CM Bommai.
